Business Woman At Heart…
It all started about the age of 16. I stumbled on this breed of French lop rabbits. Yes you saw that right, rabbits. I looked until I found a breeder close enough to drive to.
How I Got Started Using Herbs…
At a very young age I acquired my fist heard of rabbits. I obviously did not have a ton of extra money to spend taking my rabbits to the vet. To be honest, back then not many vets would take rabbits. I began to look for alternatives and this is where my love of herbs began.
Reading everything I could get my hands on, I grew my knowledge for herbs and their medicinal uses. I was so excited to find what an amazing medicine chest I had right in my back yard.
Herbs like dandelion, plantain, golden rod (ie, rag weed) that are common weeds are full of medicinal uses. Along with my garden, so grew my passion to help others learn what I had found. I wanted to help others learn to use these natural remedies and give them the freedom it gave me.
